  • Ascarate Park - Sports Facilities

  • Softball/Baseball Fields
  • Ascarate Park includes five softball fields, one baseball field and two soccer fields, available for league play or practice, located throughout the park.  Team rosters must be provided to the county.

  • Practice: $15.00 per practice (2 hours maximum)
  • Game: $50.00 per team. (league roster and league game schedule required before each game)
  • Tournamets: $35.00 per field per day.
  • All rentals must be done in advance. First come, first serve basis only.

  • Basketball/Tennis Courts
  • There are two basketball courts located at the north end of the park and two tennis courts.
  • No Charge.

  • Handball Courts
  • Two handball courts are located at the east end of the park.
  • No Charge

  • Sand Volleyball Courts
  • Sand volleyball courts are adjacent to the Ascarate Aquatic Center located near the main gate at the north end of the park.

  • Jogging Trail
  • The 1.4-mile jogging trail encircles the main lake and offers a soft surface of "screening," or "chat."
