- Purpose:
- The Accounting Section oversees all financial operations of the Juvenile Probation Department, such as, payroll, collection of fees, accounts payable, Title IV-E reimbursements, budget, and fiscal contract compliance.
The Accounting Section collects all fees associated with probation. The fees are recorded using the Texas Juvenile Probation Department Caseworker system.

The cashier’s office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00p.m. |

Cash, cashier’s check, and money orders shall be accepted and be made payable to El Paso County Juvenile Probation Department. The form of payment should indicate the juvenile’s name and/or PID. |

There will be a 2.49% convenience fee applied to all credit/debit card transaction. Cardholder must be present and have picture identification in order to verify the credit/debit card.
