  • Purpose:
  • The Accounting Section oversees all financial operations of the Juvenile Probation Department, such as, payroll, collection of fees, accounts payable, Title IV-E reimbursements, budget, and fiscal contract compliance.

    The Accounting Section collects all fees associated with probation. The fees are recorded using the Texas Juvenile Probation Department Caseworker system.
  • •   The cashier’s office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00p.m.
    •   Cash, cashier’s check, and money orders shall be accepted and be made payable to El Paso County Juvenile Probation Department. The form of payment should indicate the juvenile’s name and/or PID.
    •   The following credit/debit cards are accepted:

         American Express
         Discover Network
         MasterCard
         Visa (Debit only)
         ATM Debit Cards (STAR, Pulse Pay, and NYCE)

    There will be a 2.49% convenience fee applied to all credit/debit card transaction. Cardholder must be present and have picture identification in order to verify the credit/debit card.

    •   Clients shall receive a receipt when making a payment. If you do not get a receipt, please notify the Ms. Lorena Heredia, Director of Financial Services or Mr. Albert Mendez, Assistant Director of Financial Services at (915) 849-2500.
