The Appeals element of this division prepares and forwards the record to the Court of Criminal Appeals on all post-conviction writs of habeas corpus 11.07 in criminal cases only. Requests for Rule 73 and forms for filing post-conviction writs of habeas corpus are available from this division.

  • Requests for viewing an adoption file or obtaining a decree of adoption are granted to very few individuals actually involved in the case due to their sensitive matter. request for the former and latter should include as a minimum:

  • -The case number
  • -The name of the child BEFORE and AFTER the adoption
  • -The date of the adoption
  • -The adoptive parent's names
  • -The child's date of birth
