  • Requests for viewing ad adoption file or obtaining a decree of adoption are granted to very few individuals actually involved in the case due to their sensitive matter. Requests for the former and latter should include as a minimum:
  • - The case number
  • - The name of the child BEFORE and AFTER the adoption
  • - The date of the adoption
  • - The adoptive parent's names
  • - The child's date of birth
