Important Notice: ORDER REQUIRING ELECTRONIC FILING IN CERTAIN COURTS
On December 11th 2012, the Supreme Court of Texas implemented an order mandating electronic e-filing in civil cases. This order governs e-filing in all civil cases, including family and probate cases by attorneys in appellate courts, district courts, statutory county courts, constitutional county courts, and statutory probate courts pursuant to a detailed implementation schedule (Misc. Attention Jurors: Downtown Construction may delay your commute.
Prospective Jurors please be advised that the Texas Gas Service will begin construction to re-route gas lines in the downtown corridor in preparation for the construction of the Streetcar Trolley Project. There may be street closures that will affect your commute to the El Paso County Jury Hall from October 5, 2015 through December 31, 2015. It is recommended that you give yourself ample travel time due to this construction in order to avoid delays and arrive timely on your scheduled jury date.
