EL PASO COUNTY TEXAS-On Wednesday, 08-22-12, at 11:00 AM, Sheriff’s Office Animal Control Officers were dispatched to the 15700 block of Island Rd., Fabens, TX, in reference to a stray horse. The Sheriff’s Office was in search of the male Appaloosa’s owner. Over the weekend, the lost horse was released to its rightful owner. Thanks to all who contributed with this effort.
