EL PASO TEXAS-The EPCSO/Criminal Warrant & Fugitive Apprehensions Section, extradited FUGITIVE/IGNACIO SOSA back to El Paso County Texas and was booked into the Downtown Detention facility on 08-14-12 at approximately 7:30 PM. SOSA who was sought for an Aggravated Kidnapping on 08-03-12 involving a 31 year old female, was pending extradition after his capture by Dona Ana Law Enforcement Officials in New Mexico on 08-03-12. SOSA, of Fabens, TX, faces charges of Aggravated Kidnapping and Violation of a Protective Order.
