EL PASO TEXAS-Yesterday, 08-19-12, at approximately 11:20 PM, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a male subject identified as Sergio Morales for Driving While Intoxicated and Evading Arrest & Detention with a Vehicle.  MORALES was seen driving a red Ford F-150 with a defective headlamp and refused to stop after Deputies initiated a traffic stop using the patrol unit’s emergency lights and sirens. MORALES continued to drive through several blocks in the Sparks area before stopping at the 12700 block of Thackeray Dr., El Paso County Texas. MORALES was arrested for DWI and subsequently booked at the Downtown Detention Facility.
