An investigation by Deputies revealed the VICTIM and her three young children were taken by force against their will by the VICTIM’S 19 year old common law husband/Mitchel Piedra and his mother/Sandra Piedra. Both went to the VICTIM’S home to pick up subject/Mitchel Piedra’s child on Friday, 08-10-12, where an argument ensued between the VICTIM and Mitchel Piedra and the VICTIM was assaulted.
