EL PASO TEXAS- Yesterday, on 08-09-2012, at approximately 6:45 PM, Sheriff’s Deputies patrolling the 8500 block of Essex Dr. saw a tan Saturn traveling on the wrong side of the roadway almost striking the Sheriff’s Patrol Unit. Deputies initiated a traffic stop on the said vehicle when the driver refused to stop leading Deputies on a short vehicle pursuit in the Westway area. The pursuit ended after the driver lost control of the vehicle and struck a parked white Chevy HD-2500 at the 7900 block of De Alva Dr. The driver/OFFENDER was identified as, ALEX SILVA, a Manhunt Monday fugitive featured on July of 2011 for the offense of Aggravated Assault on a Public Servant for having fired a BB-gun at Deputies in 2009 incident.
