EL PASO TEXAS- On 08-07-12 Deputies of the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Strike Team arrested two male subjects early this morning in connection to multiple thefts. During an investigation of several days, Strike Team Deputies witnessed the duo engage in other various thefts at retail stores. The male subjects are identified as RUBEN MEZA and STEVEN MARTIENZ of Fabens, TX. Both currently remain at the Downtown Detention Facility. The investigation continues with additional charges pending. Both individuals are known to associate and/or be affiliated with prison gangs.
