EL PASO TEXAS-On 08-06-12 the EPCSO/Criminal Warrants & Fugitive Apprehension Section captured EPCSO/Most Wanted 20 year old IVAN LABRADO. LABRADO was picked up at 9150 Viscount, El Paso, TX, at the Wendy’s restaurant after receiving a Crime Stoppers tip yesterday morning. LABRADO was booked into the Detention Facility at approximately 6:45 in the evening. LABRADO was featured on Crime Stoppers Of El Paso Most Wanted for August 3, 2012.
