RECKLESS DRIVER LEADS TO DWI ARREST

EL PASO COUNTY TEXAS-Over the weekend, on Saturday, 7-28-12 at 6:16 PM, Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the 5000 block of Indian Wells, El Paso County Texas, in reference to possible road rage. Upon arrival an investigation revealed the driver of a white Ford F-350 was see driving the truck off the road and on the dirt shoulder causing, the driver of another vehicle (wife), to almost crash. The reckless driver finally came to a stop at the 5000 block of Indian Wells. Deputies made contact with the driver/Mario Hernandez from the 1400 block of Joe Ray Way, El Paso Texas, and was suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol. The driver was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated with a breathalyzer results (BAC) over .15.
