EL PASO COUNTY TEXAS- Yesterday, on 07-26-12, at approximately 12:20 PM, Sheriff’s Deputies assigned at the County Courthouse, 500 E. San Antonio, El Paso, TX, responded to the District Clerk’s Office, in reference to a disorderly male subject. The subject caused a disturbance as he refused to be charged a fee for paperwork. As Deputies attempted to escort the male subject to the security office, the subject became combative and assaulted one of the Deputies as a result. The subject/RYAN LUMLEY was placed under arrest for Assault on a Public Servant, Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication. LUMLEY was subsequently booked into the Detention Facility.
