El Paso County Texas-On Wednesday, 07-25-12, at 2:50 PM, FUGITIVE/JOSE ROBERTO PEREZ JR. (55), was apprehended at his residence located at the 9300 block of Danbury, El Paso, TX. PEREZ was wanted for Count-1/Aggravated Sexual Assault of Child and Count-2/Attempt to Commit Murder, AND, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. PEREZ was on the run for six years, but on 07-25-12, PEREZ was captured by members of the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force and booked into the Downtown Detention Facility where he currently remains.
