On 07/20/2012 Strike Team Deputies were conducting surveillance in Fabens, TX, when they witnessed an aggravated assault in progress at 720 N. Fabens (7-11 convenience store). The incident took place at approximately 2:45 AM early Friday morning as one male subject was seen by undercover Deputies swinging a rock hammer at another subject in the crowd. Patrol Units arrived on scene to assist. Strike Team Deputies arrested 3 male subjects as a result of the melee in progress.
