EL PASO, TEXAS – This week’s MANHUNT MONDAY Most Wanted Fugitive is an absconded Sex Offender believed to remain in the area. The target is identified as GABRIEL GUTIERREZ (25) of El Paso, TX.
2005 GABRIEL GUTIERREZ is arrested for Aggravated Sexual Assault in El Paso County, Texas. The Victim in this case was a 15 year-old girl at the time. GUTIERREZ violated several conditions of his Sex Offender requirements such as: Failing to submit to
electronic monitoring program / Failing to attend sex offender treatment. His whereabouts are unknown. GUTIERREZ is now wanted for a PAROLE VIOLATION. It is believed GABRIEL GUTIERREZ remains in the area where he has several contacts in El Paso, Texas. Please help Law Enforcement take him off the streets & bring him to justice
