2002-2012 Over the past 10 years, FRANK ESTRADA has been arrested 17 times in the El Paso, Texas area. Charges stem from arrests for: POSSESSION OF COCAINE, DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED on 3 occasions, THEFT, & multiple PROBATION VIOLATIONS.
