MANHUNT CONTINUES 06-25-12: EDDIE CUMMINGS

EL PASO, TEXAS – Sheriff’s Office Crimes Against Persons Detectives are still looking for the lone remaining suspect wanted for a violent incident that took place in Sparks earlier this month (06/02) making this week’s MANHUNT MONDAY. The target has been identified as EDDIE CUMMINGS (19) of El Paso, TX .

JUNE 2012 Early Saturday morning 06-02-12 at 5:20am, Deputies were called to a residence in the 12000 block of Chaucer (Sparks) East El Paso, County in reference to a violent assault that just occurred. Two individuals sustained serious bodily injuries and were transported to a hospital. Further investigation revealed the assailants were part of or affiliated with the criminal street gang TRUE NATION SOCIETY (T.N.S.).

Since the date of the incident, Sheriff’s CAP Detectives have made 5 arrests & are looking for the 6th Suspect identified as EDDIE CUMMINGS.

Sheriff’s Investigators have arrest warrants in hand for CUMMINGS for the offense of 2 COUNTS- ENGAGING IN ORGANIZED CRIMINAL ACTIVITY (AGGRAVATED ASSAULT). CUMMINGS knows he is wanted & remains in the area eluding capture.

Sheriff’s Officials remind anyone who may be hiding EDDIE CUMMINGS or any Wanted Fugitive - Hindering Apprehension / Aiding a Fugitive is against the law & a felony in the State of Texas.
