EL PASO, TEXAS This week’s MANHUNT MONDAY Most Wanted Fugitive is an absconded Sex Offender believed to remain in the area. The target is identified as RICHARD LEE DAVIS of El Paso, TX.

2006  RICHARD LEE DAVIS is arrested for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child in Coryell County, TX. The Victim in this case was a 14 year old girl at the time. DAVIS was required to register as a Sex Offender annually for life. On 06-13-12, DAVIS absconded from a Halfway House in Horizon, TX & his whereabouts are unknown. DAVIS is now wanted for a PAROLE VIOLATION (Sex Offender Duty to Register). It is believed DAVIS remains in the area where he has several contacts in Northeast El Paso, Texas. Please help Law Enforcement take him off the streets & bring him to justice.
