EL PASO COUNTY TEXAS-The Sheriff’s Association of Texas has awarded a $500 scholarship for the Spring 2012 semester to JOSE RICARDO BALDERAS. 

On behalf of the Sheriff’s Association of Texas, El Paso County Sheriff Richard D. Wiles will present the certificate to Mr. Balderas who is currently a student at El Paso Community College and a Criminal Justice Major.

The scholarship is the Motorola Scholarship provided by the Motorola Foundation and managed by the Sheriff’s Association of Texas.
