EL PASO, TEXAS- 24 hours after being profiled on MANHUNT MONDAY Fugitive Victor Hugo Natera is in custody. He surrendered to Sheriff’s Officials on 02-21-11 at around 9am at the El Paso County Detention Facility. He was booked & remains at the County Jail on charges of DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICE under a $7,500 bond.
