EL PASO, TEXAS - This week’s MANHUNT MONDAY Most Wanted Fugitive is sought for a Sex Crime. The target is identified as LORENZO SILVA (35) of El Paso, TX.

DECEMBER 2009 On December 19, 2009 just before 5:00pm, LORENZO SILVA began following a 12 year-old while at a Department Store in the Northeast El Paso, TX. While following the young girl, SILVA exposed his genitals to the young Victim. SILVA smiled and winked at the girl during the incident.

Charges were filed & LORENZO SILVA is wanted for the offense INDECENCY WITH A CHILD (EXPOSURE). SILVA has eluded capture the past few years as he was using an alias “CESAR IVAN DE LA O”.

LORENZO SILVA knows he is wanted & is believed to remain in the Borderland area hiding with friends or family.
