UPDATE-SHERIFF’S DEPUTIES RESPOND TO AN AGGRAVATED ROBBERY IN FABENS, TX

EL PASO, TX- An investigation by Sheriff’s Deputies determined the suspects entered the business armed with a handgun and metal pipe demanding money. One of the suspects then struck an employee on the forehead with the handgun causing the victim a small laceration. Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Bureau were summoned to the scene for further investigation. The investigation continues.
UPDATE:
On 12-29-2011 Fredo’z Pizza 919 N. Fabens Rd. in Fabens, TX, was robbed at gun point. Through the course of the investigation, Sheriff’s Office Investigators identified the below subject as one of the two persons involved in the AGGRAVATED ROBBERY, Andrew Garcia 17 years of age and resident of Fabens, TX. Garcia was apprehended and is in custody at the Jail Annex. He was arrested a few hours ago under a false name.
The second subject involved in this case is described as approximately 5’5” in height, thin and maybe 16 to 17 years of age. At the time of the Robbery he was wearing black baggy below the knee shorts, a black long sleeve shirt, black cap and a green bandana. The second suspect has still not been identified.
