EL PASO, TEXAS - This week’s MANHUNT MONDAY Most Wanted Fugitive is an individual sought in connection with several Arson fires. The target is identified as EMMANUEL ELIZALDE (25) of EL Paso, TX.
AUGUST 2011: Last Thursday morning 8/25/2011, Investigators with the El
Paso Fire Department Arson were called to investigate a house fire at 6333 Osage Road, El Paso TX. During their investigation, EPFD Fire Marshals determined EMMANUEL ELIZALDE was involved in this arson. Fire Marshals have secured an warrant of arrest for the apprehension of ELIZALDE wanted for his role in this & other Arson cases.
ELIZALDE is also wanted on unrelated charges for ASSAULT CAUSING BODILY INJURY & UNAUTHORIZED ABSENCE FROM A COMMUNITY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY. His criminal history includes arrests for AGGRAVATED ASSAULT W/ A DEADLY WEAPON, RESISTING & EVADING ARRESTS.
ELIZALDE knows he is wanted & continues to elude capture. He is believed to possibly remain in the Borderland where he has several friends & relatives.
